Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the Fillets: Place the Basa fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides of the fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite side dishes such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
